The one address with the licence
An official collaboration with the World Trade Center in New York — a licence, not a franchise. It admits the campus and its occupiers to a network of 378 World Trade Centers worldwide, and it is not available anywhere else in eastern India.

The licence behind the name
World Trade Center Kolkata is an official collaboration with the World Trade Centers Association in New York. The name is a licence, not a franchise — and it is the part of this address that cannot be copied next door.

What the association is
The World Trade Centers Association licenses the World Trade Center name. It does not build the building and it does not sell the floor. A campus that carries the name has been admitted to the association, and so have the companies that occupy it.
That admission is a licence, not a franchise. There is no local operator renting the letters. World Trade Center Kolkata holds the collaboration with the World Trade Center in New York, and it is the only address in eastern India entitled to do so.
For an occupier, the licence is a network. 378 World Trade Centers worldwide sit on it. Through the association's programme a Kolkata business can meet Fortune 500 members at bi-annual seminars, join trade delegations and use the same introductions a company in any other World Trade Center already has.
What the licence is for
To put a Kolkata enterprise on the same footing as a company already inside the World Trade Centers Association — same name, same programme, same introductions — without leaving Sector V.
How it is used here
The licence is carried on the campus, not stored in a frame. Seminars, trade delegations and the association’s networking programme run from Block-BP, alongside the business club built for that calendar.

Four configurations, open to every industry, across the campus towers. Tower 1 is scheduled for possession in March 2026.
7,000 – 10,000 sq ft
Business suite
The entry configuration — a self-contained floor for a practice, a regional office or a growing team, on the same specification and the same WTC licence as every other unit on the campus.
10,000 – 15,000 sq ft
Corporate floor
Room for a single business unit with its own reception, meeting suite and support space, without taking a full plate.
15,000 – 20,000 sq ft
Headquarters floor
A headquarters-scale plate that plans efficiently across open floor, cabins and collaboration space — the band most national occupiers take.

The largest single plate on the campus, at 27,629 sq ft. Contiguous floors are available for occupiers who need more.
